Honour the heroic fallen operative with this ginger-spiced cocktail, inspired by Gemma Arterton's all-conquering hair hue (I'm a ginger so I'm a bit biased). As alluring as the agent herself.

Gently muddle 2 quartered strawberries and 3 thin slices of fresh ginger in a glass.

Add 70ml rum (I used Mount Gay) and 30ml spiced rum (I used Kraken)

Add 30ml lime juice.

Stir with large ice so the strawberries and ginger lift off the bottom.

Top up with ginger ale.

Garnish with a suspended strawberry,
