The seventh (and final!) of my cocktails in honour of Casino Royale 1967 is a more alcoholic version of the classic Aviation cocktail. It’s the perfect fit for the jet-setting super spy/criminal Vesper Lynd, as played by Ursula Andress.

70ml gin
15ml lemon juice
10ml Maraschino
10ml creme de violette

Stir over large ice.
Strain into the tallest stemmed glass you can find.
