Virgin cocktail: Solitaire's Boxcar

Serve on a 16 hour train journey.

100ml 0% alcohol 'gin'
25ml Blue Curaçao syrup
25ml lemon juice
12ml grenadine
1 egg white

Shake all the ingredients except the egg white with ice. Strain the drink and discard the ice. Put the drink back in the shaker and add the egg white. Shake again.
