Coop’s Resolve

The fifth of my cocktails celebrating Casino Royale 1967 is a mocktail (sort of).

In the film, the character Coop is trained to go against his nature and resist the charms of women. It's a wonderfully perverse scene.

In a similar spirit of abstention:

Rim a COUPE glass (pun intended) with a mixture of golden caster sugar and cinnamon.

In a cocktail shaker with large ice place 10ml maple syrup, 25ml lime juice and 50ml orange juice. Shake until ice cold. Pour into the glass and top up with ginger ale.

If you don't quite have Coop's resolve, a couple of dashes of Angostura bitters set things off nicely. They're alcoholic but I promise not to tell anyone.
