Green seems the appropriate colour for Peter Sellers's character, a card sharp compelled to become 'James Bond', who is inexperienced in the ways of the world.

2 measures gin
1 measure Rose's lime cordial
Stir both with large ice until ice cold

Strain into a cocktail glass (twisted stem optional).
Garnish with a lime twist.

It's a Gimlet by another name. And that name is Bond, James Bond.
