Dame Judi (straight up)

Judi Dench – in a glass! Allegedly, this cocktail started life on the set of GoldenEye. Like Dame Judi herself, this drink leaves you feeling warm and mellow inside. But beware: she’s a feisty one!

*Most people define a cocktail as a drink containing two or more ingredients. But Brozza cares not for definitions.

You will need:

Bourbon

A kitchen chair

Cocktail umbrella (optional)

1.     Get your glass.

2.     Pour in your bourbon.

3.     The technical bit: lace the glass. “Get that bourbon going around the sides so you can see it’s starting to create a film around the glass.”

4.     Add a bit more bourbon.

5.     Mix that with a spoon.

6.     To finish it off with a flourish: a little bit of bourbon from a higher level (stand on your kitchen chair).

Add the umbrella if you remember.
