To be served at the wedding reception of Mr and Mrs James Bond.

Infuse your favourite London Dry gin with thyme (put gin and sprigs of thyme in a Kilner jar 24 hours before)

Pour a glass of Champagne to toast the happy couple. Pour in a shot of the infused gin.

Add lemon juice to taste.

Garnish with a sprig of thyme.

Enjoy it while it lasts.
