This may be my favourite cocktail I’ve ever invented. I made it for the first time when I was writing my queer re-view of For Your Eyes Only, midway through Pride Month 2020 🏳️‍🌈. The name pretty much wrote itself.

2 measures Sicilian pink grapefruit gin (Malfy)

1 measure white vermouth

1 measure Maraschino cherry liquer

1 measure lime juice

Shake ingredients with large ice, garnish with a lime twist, strain into an ice-cold glass and drink with an attitude that says 'I am what I am, and what I am needs no excuses'.
